Mr. Vijay Rampure has a Master degree in Manufacturing Science from BMSCE, Bengaluru & Holds a Bachelor degree in Industrial Production from Dharwad University, Karnataka. Was previously working as a Project lead for various design engineering projects at Airbus, and Aerospace industries from past 18 years. Has hands-on experience of handling various design engineering projects in Germany .

With an ambition of providing Clean & Green energy for Indian cities, Spar Sunshine Energy Pvt Ltd., has been Established in the year 2018.

Mr. Rampure has 10 years of experience in various fields of Sustainable and Green energy.

Mr. Rampure hold M.Tech from BMS College of Engineering, Bangalore, India and holds B. E (Industrial & Production) from BVB college of Engineering & Technology, Hubli, India

Has undergone a Certified Solar training at KPTCL, Bengaluru and he is a lifetime member of Solar mastery school.

Mrs. Sanjana Rampure is a valuable strategic leader and is a Computer Science graduate from Kuvempu Univeristy, Shimoga, Karnataka.

Has served for 10 years in various departments of corporate sector.

Having Good knowledge of Finance Management , Solar Project Finance, Good Administrative skills/handling of HRD . Presently handling Finance & Administration.

She has been the co-founder of Spar Sunshine Private Limited, from the year 2020.

Part of charitable trust to help children's education and women empowerment.

Has graduation in Mechanical Engineering through Mysore University. Has 25 years of experience.

Worked for the reputed textile industry & manufacturing industry as a manager. Responsibilities include maintenance of plant machinery & utility equipment. Handled plant upgradation & modification of projects. Extensive experience with handling mechanical, electrical equipment operations & maintenance.

Worked for 5 years as Project Manager in a Solar EPC company. Have taken care of Solar power projects which include Solar Rooftop/Ground mounted, Solar pumping system, Solar street lights ,Solar water heater installation & commissioning activities. Supervision of mechanical ,electrical , civil designing , engineering & costing of systems . Interacting with customers/supplier for pre/post order technical related issues, proving technical details , drawings required. Supply chain management interaction with suppliers. Coordinating with Project execution& commissioning team, preparations of technical presentations of projects. Identifying business opportunities through interaction with the prospective clients.

Served for 7 years as Technical officer/AGM in KREDL, Bengaluru
